Policies

  • Late Cancellation

    If you are booked into a class and cancel within 12hrs of the start of class, this will be considered a late cancellation and a fee of $20 will be charged to your account.

    We understand things happen. Your first late cancel of the year will be waived. After that the $20 fee will apply.

  • Sick Policy

    If you are feeling unwell or are symptomatic (fever, chills, achy, runny nose), we ask that you please stay home until you are feeling better. We love to see your smiling face and will be here when you’re well!

  • Class Reservations

    We ask that you please book your spot in class with plenty of advance notice. Our booking window closes 2hrs before class.

    If you missed the booking window, please contact us and we’ll do our best to get you signed up.

  • No Show

    If you are booked into a class and do not show up it, you will be charged a $20 fee.

    We understand things happen. Your first no show of the year will be waived. After that the $20 fee will apply.

  • Gym & Studio Etiquette

    Please be courteous and mindful of all our members. Wipe down equipment as you go and re-rack weights and bars.

    If you bring equipment, like bands or dumbbells, into the studio please return them to the gym space.

    Please wipe down your pole after class. Ensure you get all grip aid off the pole.

  • Leveling Up

    In order to keep everyone safe and strong, we require students to test into upper level pole classes. Our requirements for testing into upper level classes can be found on our Class Info page.

    To test out, please talk to your instructor and they will let you know if you are ready to move up.
