  • Freya started her pole journey in 2022, and has since become addicted. She loves how pole helps strengthen her body and celebrates all the ways it can move. When she’s not on the pole, she’s hanging out with her two lovely dogs. She loves lifting weights, working out, and spending time with friends.

  • Ebony is a Personal Trainer and pole instructor with a Master of Science in Kinesiology and a passion for helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. As a former collegiate softball and track & field athlete, Ebony brings an athletic and intentional approach to her sessions—focusing on strength, progression, and helping clients build routines they can maintain for life.

Outside the gym, Ebony loves exploring different forms of movement—including pole dance as a personal practice—and she actively plays softball and rugby. She enjoys trying new sports, traveling, discovering new foods, and finding fun ways to stay active. Ebony also loves being outdoors—hiking, walking trails, and attending community fitness and wellness events.

  • Once a self-proclaimed couch potato, Ting’s life changed the moment she took her first pole class in 2014. She instantly fell in love with the art form, which gave her the strength, grace, and creative outlet she didn’t know she needed. Pole dancing pushed her out of her comfort zone, building her confidence from the ground up.

Ting’s goal is to help every student experience that same empowering shift. She strives to inspire confidence and body appreciation while guiding them to build strength, body awareness, and technical artistry. (P.S. She runs on coffee and good food!)

  • Zack is a personal trainer and powerlifting coach. As someone who struggled with mental health growing up, he found peace in lifting weights. He started with at home P90X videos and then eventually gravitated to the gym where he was introduced to powerlifting. After a few years of lifting he was thrust into the coaching world when a group of high schoolers at his gym took interest in him and asked for his help doing a competition. Ever since, Zack has found purpose in teaching the sport to others so that they can also find peace through discipline.

Zack is an elite powerlifter, having reached an elite total in 3 different weight classes. He has gone on to squat and deadlift over 600lb in competition, and has squatted over 700lb with knee wraps. His experience as an elite lifter and physics student enable him to be a strong teacher of technique and corrective movements. He prioritizes technique and stands firm on his belief that with the proper teacher, anyone of any age can squat, bench, and deadlift safely.

  • Morgan is a dancer, group fitness instructor, and certified personal trainer. Her favorite classes to teach are pole and strength. When she's not helping others work out, you can find her somewhere reading, playing video games, shopping, or enjoying the outdoors. She loves the community and feeling of accomplishment after a group class and hopes to continue helping people find their confidence and strength!

  • I’ve been training pole dance for 7 years and I absolutely love this sport. Not only because it keeps me strong and challenges my body, but also because it brings and confidence femininity. I’m excited to share my passion and help others feel powerful and comfortable on the pole.

  • I love to dance! I went from being a kid creating dance routines with my siblings in our living room, to a person who’s spent 14+ years in the Dance Fitness Community who was ultimately inspired to teach others.

I teach Low Impact Dance Fitness. Energetic, fun movement that is challenging yet conscious of your body’s joints and stress points. If you want to move, but have injury prone spots or mobility limitations, then this class is for you! Low Impact Dance is also great for beginners and people who are curious about Dance Fitness as a whole.

But know this: Low Impact doesn’t mean Low Energy! My goal is to make you smile, make you sweat, and send you out still being able to use your knees and ankles. Come join me! I’m excited to tear up the dance floor with you!

  • Liz began her dance journey with Salsa in 2009, exploring performance, competition, and teaching along the way. After an ankle injury in 2016, she discovered pole dancing in 2017, drawn to its unique combination of dance, strength, flexibility, and the challenge of stepping outside her comfort zone.

Liz continues to enjoy pole dancing for these reasons but has found her true passion in teaching. Her teaching style emphasizes details and solid foundations while keeping the experience fun and engaging. She loves inspiring her students and watching them achieve things they once thought impossible. In every class, she focuses on helping students feel empowered and excited about their progress, no matter where they start.
